Payment and Cancellation Policies
Single-day Tours or Experiences
Customers should pay the total amount at least 2 days prior to the experience.
Curated Travel
To receive a curated travel itinerary, customers should:
– Fill in a questionnaire sent by the Blue Guava team.
– Send a non-refundable fee per person, which will be deducted from the final budget.
– Make total payment at least 7 days before the trip.

If a cancellation is required, please notify your travel agency as soon as possible. We strongly recommend that you read and review the cancellation policy.
What can be refunded
– Some single-day tours organized by our agency may require a minimum number of customers to operate. If any customers cancel without affecting the minimum number required, customers will receive a 100% refund.
– WE WILL PROVIDE you with a 100% REFUND in case of inclement weather or any other major force for which our agency is forced to cancel the tour.
What cannot be refunded
– Any customer not present on the day scheduled, without providing appropriate notification within the appropriate timeframe.
The cancellation fee will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your payment without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to review the cancellation policy thoroughly.
Single-Day Tours
– 100% free cancellation 48 hours prior to the tour
– 50 % refund for cancellation 24 hours prior to the tour
